World Bandy Championship 2012 will be held in Almaty city   from January 29 to February 5.  About 15 national teams from all over the world will take part in this Championship.   6 teams of group A will compete at the "Medeu" high-altitude skating rink . Teams of group B, C will compete at reserve rink of Central Stadium.

 4th of February, year 2012, Two finalists of 32nd World Bandy Championship were defined. In the double-edged fight the Russian national team defeated the team of Finland with a score of 6:4. Second finalist is Sweeden national team that won Kazakhstan national team.

 Both matches will be held at Medeu skating rink. Buses for fans are avalable at the cross of Baitursinov and Satpayev streets.
