There are many Hot Springs resorts near Chundja village, in 300 km one way from Almaty. Good road condition and accommodation made them very popular among tourists. Charyn Canyon is very near, so some people combine excursiion to Charyn Canyon and visiting hot springs. Winter and Spring  are more available time for visit. Some people like to meet New Year there.
